AMH Atelier

Houston BC, Apparel & Patch Bar

Midsize baddie sewing my own clothes, embroidering villages real and whimsy, convincing others they can sew.

Hi,
I’m Ann Marie

I sew my own clothes, embroider tiny worlds onto tulle, and spend an unreasonable amount of time convincing people that yes, they too can learn to sew.

Based in Houston, BC, I split my time between the sewing machine and the embroidery hoop — threading real hometowns and imaginary ones. When I’m not elbow-deep in thread, I’m running workshops for anyone curious enough to try.

Don’t Miss It.

I drop small, sell out fast, and don’t restock. If you want in before it’s gone, this is the list to be on. Also where you’ll hear about workshops first — because I will absolutely forget to post about it in time otherwise.

Tiny Tulle Hometowns

A collection of hand-drawn illustrations transformed into embroidered textile wall art.

Inspired by both real homes and whimsical villages, each design is stitched onto delicate tulle or organza, creating airy worlds that preserve the memories and feelings of places we call home, and of worlds seen in fever dreams.

Sewing & Embroidery workshops

Looking for something creative for a birthday party or private event?

Workshops are designed to be welcoming, beginner-friendly, and playful. Slow down, learn a new skill, and leave with something made by your own hands.

Workshops are currently available throughout the Bulkley Valley, including Burns Lake, Topley, Houston, Telkwa, and Smithers. If you’re located outside these communities, I’m open to travelling depending on distance and the size of the booking.

Proof You can actually do this!
